ReadingPals

You can do it!
Become a ReadingPal

One hour a week helps a kid improve their reading skills.  ReadingPals are mentors who use books and conversation to build language skills of Pre-K and First grade students. Each week you will provide the individual attention & encouragement kids need to thrive.

You can change a child’s story and get more than you’ll give up.  Join the Movement, nearly 200 ReadingPals strong, to help Broward County kids improve their reading skills.

57% of third grade students in Broward County passed the FCAT in reading during the 2013-14 school year.
