Make sure that you contact your cooperating teacher and arrange a meeting to plan and sign your contract. Please share the course requirements with her/him to help plan out your schedule.

Original copies of your contract must be given to the Clinical Director, Jeannette Verboom, within a week of your placement for ALL courses which require field placement. You can mail the contract, but please let herknow that you have done so.

If a week goes by and the school still has not responded to you, please let the Clinical Director, Jeannette Verboom, know.
